3825 Poinciana Ave. Living Area: 3,771 Sq/Ft. It sold for $780,000…$206 Sq/Ft
This year two highest sales for the same period are:
3631 Matheson Ave. Living Area: 8,381 Sq/Ft. It sold for $ 2,350,000….$280 Sq/Ft
4041 Ensenada. Living Area : 4,500 Sq/Ft. It sold for $ 1,075,000……$238 Sq/Ft
The Good News? The market is giving us hints that this year will be the turning point.
