The numbers are here! We posted the list of the sales of the single family homes in Coconut Grove this first quarter of 2011 in our website.
The numbers tell us:

42 single family homes sold in the first quarter of 2011 versus to 22 in 2010!
Alba and I tried to show meaningful average price per Sq/Ft. 3 months is not enough to draw conclusions but it seems that across the board, the average price per sq/ft is stable and starts to show some increase in price.
The sold price range is quite interesting…..
