- $50,090,050 was the total sales volume for the 1Q 2016 versus $52,76,050 for the 1Q 2015.
- 39 single-family homes were sold versus 35 during the same period last year.
- Median sales price was $775,000 in North Grove and $1,525,000 in South Grove versus $950,000 and $1,575,000 in 2015.
- 51% were cash deals versus 46% last year.
The difference compared with last year? A shift occurred in the available inventory for sale, with a huge increase in the $2M+ market, an emerging market for new construction, and new values in West Grove.
